Who are we:
 Bestsectors is developed and managed by Joe Candela. Joe is a public school administrator, who for years was frustrated by low returns on his investment dollars and by mutual fund managers who were consistently failing to meet the S&P 500 index return but continued to charge his account between 1 and 3 %. So, for the past five years he has been doing his own research based on technical analysis, using multiple timeframes. He has found through his research, that the best investing ideas are through sector rotation investing. What he has learned, he would like to pass on to you.
Bestsectors primary goal is provide you with the best sectors as they are starting to rise. We would like you to think of each sector that we are investing in like an escalator; as we get to the top we get off and get on a new escalator (sector). Bestsectors will provide you with the current sectors that we are invested in along with our current rate of return. Bestsectors will provide you with a list of the top performing to the weakest performing sectors.
